We understand that the 3-hour minimum of our one-on-one sessions can be inconvenient when you're just looking for transport. That's why we've partnered with Shebah to ensure transport is accessible and safe, and can be funded through your NDIS plan.

All trips are provided through Shebah. Every Shebah driver is police-checked, holds a Working with Children Check, and completes a full driver accreditation and medical assessment before they're approved to drive. Vehicles must also have current registration, a roadworthy certificate, and comprehensive insurance. This means you can feel confident your trip is with a safe, verified, and experienced driver.

Yes, in many cases. Transport with Shebah can be funded through the Transport support category of your NDIS plan if you're plan-managed or self-managed. Shebah provides invoices that can be submitted against your plan. If you're unsure whether this applies to your specific funding, please check with your plan manager or support coordinator.

Once confirmed, we'll email you a link where you can book your trip/s.
You'll then receive an email with the trip proposal and estimated cost. Costs may vary depending on traffic, so we've built in a buffer to the estimate.
Once you've confirmed the trip, you'll receive an email with your driver's details, and the trip will be underway.
