Cancellation Policy

At My Pit Crew, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and smooth operation for all participants, we have the following cancellation guidelines.

One-on-One Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days in advance to avoid being charged the full scheduled cost.

Group Sessions

Due to the impact on session planning and other participants, cancellations must be made at least 5 business days in advance. Late cancellations may result in being charged the full session fee.

Privacy

At My Pit Crew, your privacy and confidentiality are our top priorities. We are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring that all data shared with us is handled securely and responsibly.

Changing or Ending Services

Participants are free to cancel their service at any time, in line with our Cancellation Policy. We understand that needs and circumstances can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

My Pit Crew also reserves the right to end a service if there is a breach of our Terms and Conditions or Service Agreement. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all.

NDIS Alignment

Before booking, please ensure this activity aligns with your NDIS goals and fits within your plan budget. We recommend speaking with your Support Coordinator, Plan Manager or Local Area Coordinator to confirm suitability.

Support Ratios and Pricing

We want to be transparent so you can make informed decisions about your supports. Our weekday group sessions are typically charged at $35.12 per hour, based on a session with four participants and two support workers. Pricing may vary depending on the group, but all costs will be clearly communicated before you commit.

Our programs are aligned with NDIS funding under:

  • Category 9 – Capacity Building: Increased Social and Community Participation

  • Category 4 – Core Supports: Assistance with Social, Community and Civic Participation

Private payment options are also available, offering flexibility for those not accessing NDIS supports. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to learn more.

Participant Responsibilities

To help create a safe, respectful and enjoyable group environment, we ask that all participants:

  • Treat staff and fellow participants with courtesy and respect

  • Follow the terms of your Service Agreement with us

  • Let us know if you cannot attend a session, giving at least 5 business days notice

  • Be open and honest about your needs so we can support you effectively

  • Share any concerns or feedback about the service

  • Respect the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone involved

  • Communicate openly and respectfully with all participants

  • Deliver safe, inclusive and goal-aligned support services

  • Respond to feedback and concerns promptly and fairly

  • Ensure staff are trained, screened and professional

  • Protect participant privacy and personal information

  • Provide clear information about scheduling, costs and changes
